Repair & Maintenance
Repair or servicing work will be assessed and determined by Us prior to the visit if work is to carry out on-site or off-site.
Repair or servicing work will be carried out with no further charges within 1 year from the date of installation except for wear and tear and/or negligence cause.
On-Site Servicing:
If a problem with Your product cannot be resolved via online or telephone, Your product will be repaired or replaced at Your location. This Service is available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding Weekends and Public Holidays. You must provide a suitable working area for the disassembly and reassembly of the product. Some repairs may need to be completed at a service centre. If so, We will send the product to the service centre at its expense and return the repaired or replacement product to You at its expense.
If Your Purchase has on-site service, you must provide a safe, non-threatening environment for our technicians in order to receive on-site service. Due to environmental or technical requirements, if certain repairs cannot be completed where the product is located and must be repaired at another location, this Purchase will cover all shipping and handling costs if is under-warranty. Products installed in cabinetry and other types of built-in applications are eligible for service as long as you make the product accessible to the service technician. We are not responsible for dismantling or reinstallation of fixed infrastructure when removing or reinstalling a repaired or replaced product into a custom installation.
Under On-Site Service, We and/or our Vendors will either repair or exchange the product at your location. You must provide a suitable working area to allow disassembly and reassembly of the product. Some repairs may need to be completed at a service centre. If so, We will send the product to the service centre at its expense.
We will provide the maintenance at Your site as agreed by on the terms of the agreement. If the equipment is relocated to a new site, You shall inform Us of the new location.
(Product only) We will arrange an on-site service between 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday excluding Weekends and Public Holidays. On-Site Service includes adjustments and/or replacement of parts required to maintain Products operating consistently within manufacturer’s published specifications.
Any requests placed by the Utilities which results in the Us, our employees, agents or Vendors, performing services or constructing, inspecting or delivering goods on premises owned or controlled by the Utilities (“On-Site Work”), shall be subject to the following additional terms and conditions:
In the event that Vendor or its representatives are performing installation or other on-site services related to the purchase of any goods by Us, then We may issue additional specifications and conditions to such on-site services. Vendor shall fully defend, indemnify and hold Us, including its directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, “Wateque Private Limited”) harmless against all claims, losses, damages, penalties, interest, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including legal fees and litigation costs) resulting from or in connection with any personal injury or property damage claim resulting from any work performed by Vendor's employees, agents or subcontractors at Wateque’s arrangements.
