DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable)

Upon receipt of the goods, You shall examine them for defects without undue delay.

Written notification of any obvious defects shall be given without undue delay, but no later than within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Notification of hidden defects shall be given within 7 days of their discovery. Such notification of defects must be in writing and shall precisely specify the type and extent of the defect.

If You default on taking receipt of the goods, we shall not be liable for accidental destruction of, loss of or damage to the goods. In the event that the goods are stored, the delivery shall be deemed to have been made, and we shall be entitled to invoice for the goods after one week.

If, contrary to the above, it is agreed that we shall ship the goods, transportation shall occur at Your expense, and we shall, in the absence of a specific instruction, choose the means of transportation and the route on the basis of our discretion. The risk shall pass to You at the time when we hand over the goods to the carrier.

Major unforeseeable operational disruptions, delays in delivery or non-delivery by our vendors, as well as operational interruptions owing to a shortage of raw materials, energy or workers, strikes, lockouts, traffic disruptions, official control measures and cases of force majeure at Wateque or our Vendors shall cause the delivery deadline to be postponed by the duration of the hindrance to performance as such events are relevant to our ability to deliver the goods. We shall without undue delay notify You when such hindrances begin and end. If delivery is delayed by more than one month as a result thereof, both You and Us shall be entitled, with the exclusion of damage claims, to rescind the contract in respect of the quantity affected by such disruption to delivery.

If a fixed delivery deadline has been agreed upon, You may, in the event of default in delivery for which we are at fault, set in writing a reasonable grace period of a least 10 days and, after this grace period has expired to no avail, rescind the part of the contract that has not been performed. In any event, damage claims due to default in delivery shall be excluded.

Any over- or under-delivery of up to 10% of the goods ordered shall be permissible. Over- or under-deliveries beyond this shall be subject to agreement with You.

 

PRODUCT INSTALLATION

Installation delivery is limited to and within 12 months from its date of purchase.

You can schedule an installation appointment immediately after the purchase has been made.

You are required to inform 3 working days in advance for a change in installation schedule, or shall be charged $100 for the 2nd delivery & installation.

Working hours for our technicians: Monday through Friday (10am to 7pm), Saturday (10am to 2pm, strictly on appointment-basis), excluding Weekends & Public Holidays.

Duration of installation will be approximately 1 hour, after which We will perform a basic demonstration on-site.

All installations will require water inlet & outlet within 5m and electrical points within 1.5m.

All installations will be explained by Us and commence upon Your approvals.

We do not accept any responsibility for damages caused to any wall, pipeline, civil works and etc. during the course of installation.
